Cookie Policy
This page explains website storage and the third-party services involved in the quote-request journey.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Websites can also use local storage, pixels and scripts for similar purposes. Some functions support site operation; others measure use or support third-party services.
Website functions
WordPress can use cookies for administrator login and website administration. Hosting and security services can also process technical request information. A draft preview may use a preview token in the page address; this is separate from a contractor form submission.
Consent preferences
Complianz provides an opt-in consent banner for visitors using the same default across our US-focused website. Necessary storage supports website operation and remembers your choices. Optional Google Analytics scripts are blocked until you allow Statistics cookies.
Choose Accept to allow optional categories, Reject to decline them, or Preferences to select categories and save your choices. Use the Manage consent tab to reopen these settings on desktop or mobile. Changing a choice affects future processing; it does not delete information previously received by a provider. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected by the consent manager.
Storage used by this setup
| Service / storage | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Complianz: cmplz_* consent cookies | Remember consent categories, banner status, region and policy version | 365 days under the current configuration |
| Google Analytics: _ga and _ga_FCRPMSD3NZ | Distinguish visitors and maintain analytics session information after Statistics consent | Google’s default is two years, subject to Analytics account settings and browser limits |
| WordPress administrator cookies | Authenticated administration and preferences; these are not required for ordinary guide reading | Session or persistent duration depending on login and preferences |
This table identifies the configured consent and analytics technologies. It is not a completed automated scan of every provider cookie. Third-party form storage is described separately below. Browser restrictions can shorten storage lifetimes.
Networx form services
The homepage displays an embedded Networx quote form. Loading the homepage connects your browser to Networx and its form services. Viewing the form does not submit a project request.
Once opened, Networx loads its own form resources. The form also includes TrustedForm technology associated with recording submission consent. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and process browser or interaction information under their own arrangements.
Review Networx’s privacy and submission information and the notices displayed in the form. Opening the form is separate from choosing to submit a project request.
Analytics and your choices
Google Analytics 4 is installed through MonsterInsights, using measurement ID G-FCRPMSD3NZ, and managed by Complianz in the Statistics category. It helps measure visits, pages viewed, navigation and interactions so we can improve the guides. Its scripts are held until Statistics consent is given. Rejecting optional cookies leaves those scripts blocked. GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses; analytics can still process device information, approximate location and identifiers.
Google processes information under its own service arrangements. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s explanation of Analytics cookies. Google’s published cookie durations are defaults, not a verification of every setting inside our Analytics account.
You can use your browser settings to inspect, delete or block stored cookies. Blocking cookies may affect a form or other website function. Deleting cookies does not delete information you have already sent to an external service.
